Shipping policy
Chilled ships your items as soon as possible, but it will not always be on the same day as your order. In general, please add 2 to 3 business days to allow processing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Also, take into account a few extra days for delivery.
